Kernel Version : 14.1-RELEASE-p2 /64 bit/
Graphics Platform : Wayland

So,not an nVidia GPU. There is one or more problems with the nVidia framework.

An idea to try is to downgrade the nvidia driver from 550 to 470. That's what I just did. But in this case it will not install the drm module. It does not exists for such old driver. Any help ?

On the first PC I have a decent gpu,the RTX 2080 ti. On the secondary PC,yes,it's very old,but there KDE 6 and Wayland work !

On Wayland,Spectacle requires KDE Plasma's Kwin compositor,which does not seem to be available. Use Spectacle on KDE Plasma or use a different screenshot tool.
