Some wifes are an asset, some a liability. And some change from asset to liability.
Some argue that gold and silver are likely to continue to appreciate against the US$.When you check the buying power, gold is surprisingly stable.
What kind are these? You should go in those countries where I traveled as student long time ago.
+ silver too.Gold is a long term investment.
I would add: an official state wife is a systemic risk. It is worse than casinos and slot machines. No registry office! Some wifes are an asset, some a liability. And some change from asset to liability.
100%gold and silver are likely to continue to appreciate against the US$.
Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia...India...What kind are these?

The old saw goes:I still hear my grandpa tell me "what is in your head, can not be taken from you." My grandparents went to two big wars, they knew about hard times
A single crown (cap?) here can easily run to $2000 -- depending on the amount of glitz in the dentist's waiting room...I've had bills of 1500,- euro for a single visit.
It is common for latin americans to hold a wedge of lemon or lime between their teeth (flesh side towards the enamel) as a refreshing treat. The acid eats the enamel so it is not uncommon to encounter latinx with "etched" front teeth. My advice don't drink too often Coca-cola. The acid even dissolves metals.
I had a root canal. En then i told the destist just pull the tooth...Some years ago, I needed a root canal, but the tooth was deeply cracked. So I had to get an implant instead. That turned out to be a well disguised, but very expensive, blessing. I won't say how much it cost, but the small chat from the peridontist included discussions about his Ferraris.
Implants are infamous for collecting and harbouring detritus on the gum line. This annoyed me immensely, as the tongue seeks and finds foreign materials.
As a result, I started carrying and using dental tape on a regular basis. I also switched to an electric toothbrush.
My teeth are old, cracked, worn, and somewhat vulnerable. I had two crowns, due to cracks, in the last year. But I have not had a single new cavity in about a decade.
The regular use of dental tape and an electric toothbrush is a simple solution to good oral health (but do avoid sugary drinks).
I have some autonomous entropy generators in my home (aka kids).
