I have old hardware server, which one have a VirtualBox with database server inside. His speed doesn't suit me. If I'll (suppose) create shared folder on Host, will place there data folder of Postgres, and Postgres will apply to database files on share folders? I can get increase of databaseserver performance?
(Theoretically, I understand that I can try, but there are production server, thank you).
