Postfix and schema of RDBM

according to the https://daemonforums.org/showthread.php?t=193 guide , I'm installing an MTA, and MDA and so on.
I didn't find schema of the following cf files:

# touch /usr/local/etc/postfix/mysql_virtual_domains_maps.cf
# vim /usr/local/etc/postfix/mysql_virtual_domains_maps.cf
user = postfix
password = ch@ngeMe
hosts = localhost
dbname = postfix
query = SELECT domain FROM domain WHERE domain='%s'
##optional query to use when relaying for backup MX
##query = SELECT domain FROM domain WHERE domain='%s' and backupmx = '0' and active = '1'

And:

# touch /usr/local/etc/postfix/mysql_virtual_mailbox_maps.cf
# vim /usr/local/etc/postfix/mysql_virtual_mailbox_maps.cf
user = postfix
password = ch@ngeMe
hosts = localhost
dbname = postfix
query = SELECT maildir FROM mailbox WHERE username='%s' AND active = '1'

And:

# touch /usr/local/etc/postfix/mysql_virtual_mailbox_limit_maps.cf
# vim /usr/local/etc/postfix/mysql_virtual_mailbox_limit_maps.cf
user = postfix
password = ch@ngeMe
hosts = localhost
dbname = postfix
query = SELECT quota FROM mailbox WHERE username='%s'

And:

# touch /usr/local/etc/postfix/mysql_virtual_mailbox_limit_maps.cf

How can I create their tables ?
