Solved make fails when building the docs

I'm trying to compile the documentation from the documentation project, and I am getting this error:

This worked the last time that I ran it. The machine is connected to the internet, so there is no reason why it should be failing. I was going to submit a bug, but someone already did, and it was closed with something to the effect of "I figured it out."
 
What is in /etc/make.conf? Did you try to move this out of the way to rule out any mishaps from it?

Also: any special options set in textproc/docproj?

Reason I ask: I never did a global make before, gave it a try now, and well... No issues so far (it's not done but has been running for a while).

No special options that I am aware of. I'm using binary packages. On the off chance that it was something in make.conf, I tried renaming it and it still didn't work. Same error. It's trying to get something from a nonexistent website.
 
I got it working. Not sure why, but I had to remove all 22-23 packages associated with the docproj metaport and reinstall them. After that it started working. My guess is that somehow something got corrupted.
