Just yesterday I upgraded my KDE Plasma desktop to new version 5.19.0 using
Looking to the processes shows that after logout there is kwin_x11 process still running. If I kill it manually everything returns back to normal until I am trying to log out of KDE next time.
Is here anybody who can help with this?

portupgrade -R. After updating I have problems logging out (get KCrash Handler error) -
