Solved How can I view FreeBSD dump file contents

I have backed up several machines with dump(8). I see that I can restore single files from a dump file.
How can I browse the files inside a dump file?
 
Flipping through Michael Lucas's Absolute FreeBSD I noticed that restore(8) offers an interactive mode that allows you to view and select files to extract.
