vmware FreeBSD13 arm VM in VMWare Fusion - how sounddriver start

I run FreeBSD13 arm (aarch64) on an M1 Mac Mini in a VMWare Fusion VM - how I could start the sound driver?
As GUI I installed GNOME - in GNOME I see only ‘dummy output'
