Other dwl users update to 0.7 for wlroots-0.18.1

if you are using dwl ( wayland the version of dwm )

then you need to update to version 0.7
which is compatible with wlroots-0.18.1 which has just been released

version 0.6 of dwl works with wlroots-0.17

not the package from the freebsd repos
but a tar.gz release
