CSGO Trust Factor Issues

I'm considering switching to FreeBSD from Linux (Arch BTW), and I saw that you can run CSGO on FreeBSD. That's great, but I also saw somewhere in the forums that it tanks your trust factor. anyone can confirm / disprove this?

As far as I know it's Steam's anti-cheat (VAC) that doesn't work. That's probably why the trust factor is low.

I can confirm that CS:GO works fine on the Nvidia drivers with FreeBSD, if you configure it properly.
I haven't played it enough to see if it affects the Trust Factor.

The last time i played CSGO on FreeBSD my trust factor went from green to red in only a day. I'm not sure if things have changed since the last time i played csgo on freebsd since trust factor in general has been kinda buggy the past few months.

I’ve noticed that running CS on FreeBSD can mess with your Trust Factor because Steam’s anti-cheat or VAC doesn’t work well on it.

When I tried it, my Trust Factor dropped a lot in just one day. If you like trading or collecting csgo skins, this might be a big deal. Switching to FreeBSD could cause some unexpected Trust Factor issues and mess up your gaming experience.
