Can FreeBSD access MacOS repositories for development?

Hi All,

I have installed FreeBSD13.2 and find it stable and lightweight. However, when it comes to creating a development enviroments such as a python one. Installing python3.9 packeges (in a python virtual enviroment) gives me errors (jupyter lab, matplotlib etc..). My quesiton is, since MacOS is also based on BSD and Unix, would FreeBSD be able to use much seamlessly installing MacOS repositories? (I am currenly using jupyter lab, matplotlib and many other python moudules in python3.10 virtual env: in MacOS)
Thanks & Best Regards

Short answer: no.
Longer answer: some parts of MacOS may be based on BSD, but the systems as a whole are totally different.
Today's BSDs are a family of systems, even though FreeBSD, NetBSD and OpenBSD are similar, there are differences requiring porting programs between them.
Don't get me starting on Unix.
