mixer
to see the settings--I think volume is is 82 by default. You can save typing the plus and minus signs by just putting in the value, like mixer vol 0 or mixer vol 95. Alsamixer has a feature which I don't see in mixer(8) and aumix(1): real mute.alsamixer and tools like it are just visualizations of information already available elsewhere.
I might be wrong, but I believe there exist a hardware mute which can be handled.
Hello Is there any chance of a port of alsamixer?
thanks

mixertui
don't get updated when another software like mixer
change them. Same thing with alsamixer
, when on linux they get updated. For now, I found dsbmixer
that work fine with changes made by other software.
