    Boot SdCard

I just got a Lenovo l440 today and it's old school couldn't tell by the pictures. It has all USB ports and a SD card slot.. I won't have a USB thumb drive so I'm trying to boot from the SdCard. For some reason at the boot menu there is no option for SdCard. Any help is appreciated
