How can I make sure that the env setting stay for the next reboot?
setnev does not work
set env does however it does not save on reboot.
What conf file should I save this in?
Every once in a while I type alias to freebsd shell(sh and bash), however after rebooting I got the same problem: aliases are not saved. How do I save it, so that it would be there for the rest of this PC's life. Also how do I copy them to bash and to other users.

So the situation is that:
I've a FreeBSD 64bit OS on a VM (virtualBox). It works fine, zero problem. But when I modify something, and I reboot, I lose everything.
I've searched a lot for a command like "save-all" but nothing.
I hope you can help me.
