I have just seen that neither the signalapp / Signal-Desktop nor the deltachat-desktop app has been ported to FreeBSD yet.
Has anyone already taken a look if it's possible or to run the (Debian-based) Linux binary? Or to run the Windows app with Wine?
P.S. I'm not using FreeBSD (waiting for...

This is for the pico8 binary specifically, which is only distributed for Linux, MacOS and Windows currently.
So I've installed the necessary emulator port (emulator/linux_base-c7) to provide the necessary libraries, etc. and have linux.ko, linux_common.ko, linux64.ko loaded.
So I understand...

So far, I've had good success with installing FreeBSD 11 with zfs mirrored disks on servers along with samba, allowing Windows and Linux workstations to store files. Recently, I have installed linux-c6 binary compatibility on one of my servers in order to run a third party program that provides...
First of all, I'm well aware that Linux compatibility is not intended to replace the actual system, that is known of being limited and we get it as it is. No problem with that. The purpose of my asking is that of learning at this point. I tried to install the Linux Discord client in...
Hello,

I think there would need to be some ports for that, or some Linux for mono...

Hi,
I've been playing with the Linuxulator in an attempt to be able to do FPGA programming entirely in FreeBSD. I have the Altera Quartus software (which is unfortunately only provided as a Linux binary) running fine now after much work, mainly in installing libraries manually before I realised...
Anyone have experience using RPM with Linux Binary Compatibility? How easy is to use it? You just install and it works or it needs additional tweaking or something else?
Is it possible to install RPM of LibreOffice (version 5) and Skype with Linux Binary Compatibility?
