question about build transmission BT service in freebsd14.2 ?

Dear all:
i want to build a transmission BT service for download big file in internet with freebsd14.2 server . below was my step.
1. transmission-dameon run at my freebsd14.2 server . this machine work in the LAN with ip 192.168.1.100 . this machine can go to internet .
2. transmission-create a private torrent for my big file. no tracker added...
3. copy this torrent file to other location computer2 .
4. computer2 work in the LAN with ip 10.0.0.9/24 .and this computer can go to internet in the same ..
5. computer2 run transmission-daemon and add torrent to it for download big file from remote server....

is that right ? or other requirements was need . please help me . thanks for all.
 
If both systems are connected to the same network (LAN), and one system has already downloaded that large file, why not simply copy it from one system to another using scp(1)? Why go the P2P route?

But if these systems are on different (separate) networks, then yes, all you need is the torrent file.

one pc was in singapo country, one in china . i want to use transmission transfer big file through internet . so is that right way to go ? thanks.
